RHA CLIENT-AGENCY RELATIONSHIP SERVICES

RHA RAPID SEARCH: For clients who realize that speed is important and that formal spec presentations don't usually reveal what the agency is going to be like in the "real world" to work with, RHA offers a new and different approach.  It is far faster and more "casual," but more accurately demonstrates the talents and styles of the people you will be depending on.

AGENCY COLLABORATION SYSTEMS: For clients who have more than one agency (and today most should have more than one), getting them to work together as a team to help set strategy and implement programs seamlessly can be a challenge. RHA has developed approaches for unifying and incentivizing the team members to break down their natural barriers.

AGENCY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP RE-STAGING: when agency performance starts to fall it's often appropriate to use a facilitator to help set up a new working relationship. Typically this involves several individual interviews and a structured re-alignment workshop led by RHA.

COMPENSATION NEGOTIATIONS: as services and economic circumstances change, so too should the agency client contract. Sometimes having an objective third party assist with those negotiations leaves both sides able to feel better about the outcome.

INCENTIVE COMPENSATION SYSTEMS: RHA can recommend various incentive compensation systems that can tie agency and client financial performance to risk and reward payment.
