With over 30 years of combined agency and client side experience Robb has a deep and broad understanding what makes up
. . . and what breaks up . . . client-agency relationships.
He began his career in brand management first at Procter & Gamble and then the Quaker Oats Company, which is where
he learned to understand the client view of working with an agency.
From Quaker he was recruited to Foote, Cone & Belding and worked in both its Los Angeles and New York offices on a
variety of packaged goods accounts.
Following FCB, he moved to Y&R Inc. where he worked in one of its subsidiary companies for over 12 years, eventually
being appointed Managing Director of the New York office of Lord Dentsu. As head of the office he was fully responsible for
the client relationships for over a dozen companies.
He was recruited to Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners as Managing Partner/COO where he was a key member of the management
team that grew the agency from $40 million to over $600 million. He was a primary contact with the CEO's and other senior
management for the agency's major clients and played a key role in generating new business.
Prior to starting RHA Robb headed up global business development for Young & Rubicam Group reporting to the worldwide
CEO and representing Y&R Advertising as well as Wunderman, Burson-Marsteller, Mediaedge, Cohn & Wolfe, Landor, Brand
Buzz, Y&R2.1 and Bravo. He has worked with virtually all of the nation's agency search consultants and
has developed a full-serve client-agency relationship practice and an approach to agency search that operates faster and more
cost-effectively than other resources.
